As you know... Joey and I got a gym membership. I've noticed I've done Cardio for 30 minutes, Abs, then either legs or arms. Also I like to stick to the same machines. I want to do more and really get a more overall workout then what I'm sticking to. These workout plans were kind of annoying to find.
